Youlin Travel (“we,” “us”) is a travel agency based in Maryland, USA, operating as an independent affiliate of Travel Planners International (TPI). This policy explains what information we collect through youlintravel.com and how we use it.

- Quote requests: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number (optional), and trip details such as destinations, dates and number of travelers.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Booking details: if you book a trip, information needed to arrange it (for example, traveler names and passport details required by airlines or hotels). We collect these directly from you, not through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare quotes and itineraries.
- To book and manage your travel with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers and other suppliers, and through our host agency, TPI.
- To keep records required for bookings, payments and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the travel suppliers and service providers needed to arrange your trip, our host agency TPI, and authorities where required by law. Each supplier handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and third parties
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering them. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are governed by those companies’ policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
